Broad and human based, not technically hard. Focus on people, culture, drive. Business acumen highly rated along with collaboration and communication skills. Enterprise abilities acct planning exec triangulation and solution alignment to business outcomes are critical
hard and delayed interview process multiplee steps had four intervieww with members at different departments then a presentation round to a panel on a live situation. Had several cancellations and reschedules and transferred to diff depts as the role changed mid process
3 series of interviews. First HR, then a bring manager then a panel interview.
It's quite nice but you need to prepare yourself. The Salesforce team is very helpful and help you a lot during the process.
