The Remote programming Test of 2 hrs,
Onsite interviews, 5 interviews, 5 hrs, it was a whole day process.
Interview with Sr. Engineer , 3 Algorithms on white board for 1 hr
Interview with Hiring Manager, lunch interview , algorithm on white board.
Interview with Performance engineer, 2 questions for 2 different design of a scenario, test scenarios, background, current work related questions.
Interview with QA engineer, who was extremely hyper, I didn't get an idea what he really want to evaluate in my he was stuck with communication error between 2 computers how to find it. after wasting a lot of time he came towards RPT code review. and didn't review the code as it was expected to be written in 2 hrs. He pointed out very minor things like why caught Exception instead of some specific exception in some specific scenario in the code. He didn't realize that this code was written under the pressure of time. It was a complete working code but he didn't care.
