Lengthy interview process with multiple steps. they are very upfront with pay from the get go and how difficult it is to climb the ladder. No budging or negotiating pay it is set in stone.

They will ask about basic questions upon a resume. How strong are you in difficult situations? How do you deal with the team and General Knowledge questions? How did you hear about us? What is your ambition?
