The whole process was 3 rounds, very structured and constant communication is provided throughout. It is a typical screening call, then behavioral, then an interview where they ask more skills-based questions.

Throughout the process, the recruiter and managers were very helpful and willing to adjust the projects for the summer to your interest. Halfway during the interviewing process, I raised my interest in another group and was able to make that switch easily before going into final round of interviews. Since cultural fit matters the most, just focus on being yourself and do not give generic answers.
