I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Feb 2025
Interview
First screening call was very disappointing.
The interviewer were late for 15 mins.
The Interview not last more than 15 mins. It was very rush and the interviewer seemed very uninterested and kept cutting the call short.
It sounds like having the interview just for the sake of gathering candidate pool. I got the sense that the interview was primarily to expand their candidate pool:'(
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
- screening process to see if the role could be a good fit
- manager interview introduction
- panel presentation (pick a SMB company, explain how you would qualify the company, find their possible pain points and pick few Salesforce solutions that could help resolve their pains) with 3 managers and a mock call.
I really enjoyed this interview process.

Question 1
Questions related to how customer centric I am.
Situational questions.
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
