Usually there's a recruiter and hiring manager screening call. If you pass those you will then do a panel presentation with a software product demo of your choice.
The team is generally pretty friendly and supportive of you in the process. They will ask discovery questions that are technical & business in nature to see how you own the room. Expect objections.

Question 1
How does this product compare/is differentiated? I was presenting on a CDP so this was intended to have you talk about your point of view.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Milan)
