      Sales Operations Manager Interview

      Dec 17, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Indianapolis, IN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2018

      Interview

The interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter, 30 minute video interview via Google Meet with the hiring manager, and then you're invited on-site for three 30 minute in person interviews with various managers/directors and the hiring manager. This was absolutely, by far, the best recruiting/interview process I've ever experienced. My recruiter was very thorough and explained every step of the process along the way. The coordinator was prompt with follow-up, and the on-site coordinator/interviewers were timely and fostered casual dialogue as opposed to the traditional "stuffy" interview. Prior to the video and onsite interviews, you'll receive a study guide and links to help you prepare for the interview. The process was engaging and seamless. What stood out to me most was a text from the recruiter right before the onsite interview wishing me good luck. A small gesture, sure, but it really made an impression. I could tell my new Ohana was rooting for me from day 1.
