Interview
Basically online, I filled out the application, then scheduled my own interview??, but I was desperate for a job so I overlooked it then I come in for the interview, associates are very dismissive when I needed help finding the interviewer…waited an hour for him to take me to his office and go so actually we are not hiring at the moment and that the posting is just a placeholder…

Interview
A one on one interview with the department head. Very casual and not very interrogative. Just wanted to learn about you and your schedule. Manager was super friendly and liked me, my schedule just didn’t align with what they wanted
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Conway, AR) in Jul 2024
Interview
Huge waste of time. Had two team leads interview me and one of them might as well been a big boss by the way he was acting with all these false promises he was making. Never heard from either one of them again until one of them said to do another interview with someone even more unprofessional who had no idea who I was and made me wait 20 minutes for a meeting just to tell me yeah they're still deciding. My lousy job doesn't look so bad after dealing with this place the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Another interview different position team lead was fine but their unprofessional manager never got a hold of me. Better off going to Walmart or unless you're really really desperate.
