    Pros

    Pay is great for duties/ Work life balance if you can run your business/PTO/ Cheap vision, dental, life etc

    Cons

    Medical is not great for the cost. However if you need certain surgeries you can be treated for free!

    Advice to Management

    Never stop improving for the customers and our associates!
