I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Just started working here as a front end cashier. management is super friendly. I met several employees who had been working for the company for 15+ years. Starts at 11 /hour. I was told repeatedly by management that there is lots of opportunity to move up. Also I will have opportunity to work in other departments if desired.
They were more than willing to be flexible with hours I can work due to being a single mother and a student.
Employees all seem happy and friendly.
It is a very diverse work environment. Hispanics, blacks, Asians, Philipinos, you name it.

Plus I told them I might pop dirty for THC, they thanked me for my honesty and still hired me.

    Cons

Only part time work available which means no benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you’re doing!

I worked at Sam's Club part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

management was decent, pay was good, accomandations were good when time was needed off. Understood your role and expectations as a part timer

    Cons

Management clashes caused extra work in order to please corporate level management in which that was changed back once they leave

    Advice to Management

the back and forth clashing between internal managers puts an extra burden on the part time level. While understandable, it causes rift and morale decrease on the lower end pay grade jobs
