I was first approached by a design lead, which according to me is a great first step to screen someone with the same expertise. It was then followed by a call from the HR and a take-home design test. The design test difficulty was average. I was then called on-site for portfolio presentation, design test review and few 1:1 with the PMs and designers. The overall interview process was really efficient and positive, and tool around 3 weeks.
