The interview process went through several levels beginning with a phone interview, a manager interview, and finally an interview with the store manager. The interview process was very much based on the idea of personality and problem solving questions.

asked about health and working hour, nice people, short interview about 30 minutes on site, couldn't do remote interview, but considering the nature of work, it's fine, very long commute going to take average 1 hour to get to the interview
