Disjointed Interview process. Very unorganized and no follow up from HR regarding the results of the interview. The team was very unorganized and seem to have no overall senior leadership direction.

they had been hunting me for over 2 years, when i arrived in SA i got a call and went to see the then MD, then met the president and other HR leaders. was hired on the spot but the process took 3 months
