I felt like it was very professional, honest, and straight forth with how the company is ran. It was a face to face interview with a gentleman from corporate that was nice but also firm with everything he presented and explained. Asked reliable questions about my background with software and customer service capabilities.

it was the best job interview experience, Beth Evans the Hiring Manager who I had the pleasure of speaking to her on the phone and email, treated me like a "STAR" . Beth had so much respect and attention to every detail , she kept me inform of all that was going on with the process I really appreciated such a professional human being!
