I applied online. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories in Mar 2016
Interview
I met a SNL recruiter at a hiring event on UCSD's campus and gave me a bunch of brochures and asked me to apply online. After about 2 weeks from applying online, I got contacted by an office administrator at one department I applied one. She asked me if I am still interested and scheduled me for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Interview was fair and straightforward. They first briefly explained what they do and asked a few questions. Lasted no more than 30 minutes.
