I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sandler Training
Interview
It was 2 days - all 3 legs of good hiring. Background/resume, Interview/Rehearsal of roles, and an assessment. I am only filling this in to get to the 30-word minimum.

Question 1
Sell me this pen - no they didn't, this is a dumb question. There will be questions about Sandler concepts, if you don't know the high-level stuff, you won't be hired.

Interview
I was called in for an interview. We had a very relaxed conversation and he asked some tricky questions (be sure to review the book before you go in!). After the initial interview, I followed up and never received any feedback. Obviously I did not get the job, but I was blown away with how unprofessional our last interactions or lack of interactions were.

Interview
We make hiring deliberately tough because that is who you end up with in the real world. prospects are tough and you need those characteristics. Phone interview. CV. You will be sent off to read a relevant book, tested for your ability to sell past "No" and the interview process will be an uncomfortable one for you. you will be profiled using 2-3 different behavioural and communications profiles. Many are family owned businesses so you may be interviewed by other associates and family. We want to know you can control the sale without being manipulative, needy or desperate.
