Interview
You have to be in the right place at the right time. HR uses keyword filters to select resumes so edit to reflect posting. You have to be able to perform the job but it's more about personality, if the manager likes you. Then you have to pass the HR hurdle, they set requirements and quotas ( x# with college degree, x# from temp pool, person moving inside company must be within x# of levels from current positing, can't move position until time period for last position expires.)
