Interviewed with 5 people - easy questions about prior experience. It was all day, and they did not provide lunch or a snack, so come prepared! They want to make sure you have the experience to come and hit the ground running. They do not train well, so make sure you know how to do the job
Screen by HR . Interviewed by the hiring manager . Interviewed on a single day where I gave a journal club, followed by individual interviews. One person was a no-show. Great follow-up with HR and a hiring manager.

Looks like they have good system, but do not follow it. Leaving an applicant on the call waiting while I received application not selected to move forward email shows how bad they are in their process.
Quite a long process started with HR then VP then Hiring Manager then Senior Director then couple of Peers then HR with offer. Took almost 3 months. DOn't know what else to add to make a 30 words
