After having a screening call and an interview there was no follow up and I was ignored, despite reaching out to a recruiter for feedback and the role was re advertised. Very poor recruitment process.

The interview process is like most of the other companies of the same industry. It was 3 rounds first the screeing then with the hiring manager and then with the team and people will work with on a daily basis.
