The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sanofi in Sep 2009
Interview
Multiple in person interviews over several months. Company invested heavily in having candidates meet with multiple stakeholders - I appreciated that they took the process seriously.

Question 1
Examples of partnering effectively across different HR functions?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi (Budapest) in Feb 2025
Interview
First I received a call and then the process can be followed in the application. I had a call with a recruiter, which was very nice, sadly I didn’t go to another step.
While the interview process itself took about 1.5 weeks, I ended up waiting 5.5 weeks to hear if I was going to receive an offer or not. This was a very long wait and resulted in a negative candidate experience. It didn’t seem the recruiter and the hiring manager were communicating either. The communication to me was vague and not indicative of a definitive timeframe. I had not experienced something like this with other employers.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume, why do you want this role, what skills from your prior work experience would apply to this role
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sanofi (Paris)
Interview
Head of HR didn't know my file, wasn't prepared for the interview and couldn't be bothered to give an answer, despite follow up. He left a terrible impression, certainly would not want to work for him. Search company wasn't much better since they never managed to get an answer and suggested to forget about it. I guess being professional is an option.
