Interview
By far the worst interview process I've ever had in my career. Speaking with too many different HR representatives who are based on a different country. I first had an interview with hiring manager online (who had to interrupt twice to take a short meeting with an employee about an urgency). Then they invite me for an on-site interview. They insisted on having the interview on a specific day, giving no other options (claiming urgency), which involved me going there directly from the airport after a 5am flight. 3 on-site interviews set for the day. I found out that the first got cancelled when I got there, from the receptionist (who was quite rude by the way). I called the HR contact to confirm and he knew nothing about it. There was no-one to pick me up from reception for some time. Then (a very nice) employee takes me to lunch where I was able to sit for about 2 min before the next interview started (at an earlier time than initially agreed). The one that got cancelled had to be rescheduled another 2 times because this hiring manager kept not showing up on the scheduled time or cancelling last minute. Then I do not hear back for more than 5 weeks, despite repeated reach-out to all of the HR contacts I was aware of. Completely disorganised and no respect for my time and efforts. I don't want to imagine how I would be treated as an employee there.
