Interview
The interview process occurred in three stages. First, there was a preliminary phone screen. Second, I answered a set of behavioral questions via video, which was not too difficult because I was able to listen to my answers and re-record if needed. Third, I had an in person interview with my direct supervisor. I found out not too long after my in person interview. Everyone was really nice and the HR recruitment people are super informative.
I applied and then had a screening call. Then I got set up for an online interview. After that, I got the job offer. Super easy. Very standard and typical for a job.
First round: HR interview screening.
Second round: Hiring manager interview.
Third round: Case study and technical assessment.
Overall, the interview process was quite positive, although no Offer was received finally.
Consiste en dos entrevistas de recursos humanos y una entrevista técnica. Ambas fueron de dificultad media y con conciencia de ser estudiante, se pedía facilidad para aprender más que poder ayudar desde el primer día.
