Interview
It took around 3months from applying and interview. I have do an online assessment with some questions about customer service and basic maths . I got a call from a some one saying that you have to come for the interview 3 weeks afterwards. Then they send an email they will let you know the dates later . After 3 months I got a call from recruitment for a telephone interview. I have passed the interview. Then they invited me to branch interview.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
