Group session with two short tests. One test on scenarios and one test on number recognition. Within group give short presentation on a banking scenarios customer based. Following this one short competency interview one to one basis, giving examples of good customer service and bad customer service.

was okay, the interviewer was nice and professional, it lasted for about 30 mins but i havent heard back from them and nor the email to inform me the result as well

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
