About your concern about the compensation package. As Saudisoft's standard process, we only share compensation once/if selected. On a year-2-year basis, we take significant measures to adjust our payment and benefits structure to ensure internal equity and remain competitive in the market. This process involved a thorough evaluation of job size and the experience level of candidates like yourself.
