Interview
It consisted of three rounds. One was a test, the a round with some people from the project with HR , then it was with the manger. At the end final round with the HR again and then offer was made.

Question 1
How much do you think scrum methodologies should be a part of day today work in the company? How do you calculate the velocity? What would you do to improve the burn down chart of your team? What are your thoughts on PI planning?
The first step is a manager phone call, the second step is an onsite interview(two managers, with a senior developer, including technical discussion), and the last one is an HR interview.
