Interview
2 telephonic interviews and one skype call. There was initial phone screening followed by a telephonic interview with the panel, followed by a skype interview with the HR and lastly and quick phone screening by the senior manager.

One HR call, followed by a hiring manager interview. Not a very high pressure interview. Focus was on attitude and character. Some simple questions on technical skills, and going through resume and online portfolio.
