I had first round of on campus interview. It lasted for 1hr 15 mins and was mainly based on behavioral aspects.After week got an on-site interview invitation to Nashville, TN. Also few days later received an email to take up their online assessment test. I have taken the test and notified the concerned HR. Till now it is a good experience!!
