I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Bengaluru) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was professional, structured, and focused on both technical and leadership capabilities. Discussions covered upstream planning, supply chain operations, SAP knowledge, stakeholder management, and problem-solving scenarios. Interviewers were supportive, and the overall experience was smooth, transparent, and well-coordinated throughout the hiring process.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2010
Interview
It is good but should be stringent in terms of attracting talent. My interview process was quite stringent but similar should be done for regular employees as well. And more important, HR involvement in recruiting people should be increased rather than being process enabler
