I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Columbia, SC) in Dec 2019
Interview
I met with the Schneider representatives at a job fair for my university and they soon reached out to me for an interview. The interview was fairly straight forward with it being at their site and I interviewed with an engineering manager and a senior engineer. We talked for maybe an hour and they did a great job explaining the position and what it would entail. After the interview I was given a tour of the facility.
