I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Norcross, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process: I was contacted months later about my application. I had a pone interview on the spot about my resume. We scheduled an office interview. The first office visit only included the head engineer supervisor and not the manager. The interview and discussion was great. It lasted for 2 and a half hours and I was shown the place with all the different equipment. The closing interview communication was not really established, like I was suppose to hear from the manager for a second office interview but I did not know when. After two months expired since the interview, I gave up hearing from them. Yet, I eventually received a call and had a impressive second office interview and met people around the office. The manager is down to earth and respectable. Two weeks later, I received a call from the manager for an offer.
