I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Oct 2013
Interview
I went through university recruiting and the process was very straightforward. I had a 1:1 interview, on campus, basically walking through my resume. Next I had an on site interview about a month later, where I had a group interview where I went through my resume again and was asked common behavioral questions. I had one last phone interview for a job relocation, and the job description that was made clear to me was not the actual job I'm doing- which is very frustrating.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter, Brian S.
Very courteous and he gives positive vibes. He asks about experiences and expectations. Then in about a week, I got a second interview with the hiring and responsible managers for this particular position.
Also, was interviewed more in depth and thorough questions.
Now, few days later, I am invited for a third interview in person at a location to meet the team, and hopefully will get an offer.
