Need to be good with knowledge about company basic engineering and mba concepts. Demonstrate soft skills and people management ability to the recruiters. Be honest about whether you are willing to shift or not for role.

After taking initial interview, online exam and assessments, it turned out that they were interviewing for a program that wasn't ready yet. And that apparently you have to wait as they finalize things out.
