The interview process was very straight forward in my case as I was an internal candidate. I was changing roles and the hiring manager was a previous manager of mine. The interview process and next steps were explained by HR in advance. The interviews themselves were well organised and ran smoothly. Good communication afterwards. Overview I found the interview process very good.
