I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Iowa City, IA) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview was about 40 mins. The interviewer was a current project manager instead of HR. Btw. I applied via my university career site. The interview was the first round. i didn't get the chance to the second round. The interview was filled with behavior questions. Just be prepared with that. And the interview room was really small...The interviewer was eating a burger with fries during the interview...I was really really distracted by that....
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter, Brian S.
Very courteous and he gives positive vibes. He asks about experiences and expectations. Then in about a week, I got a second interview with the hiring and responsible managers for this particular position.
Also, was interviewed more in depth and thorough questions.
Now, few days later, I am invited for a third interview in person at a location to meet the team, and hopefully will get an offer.
