Initial screening with recruiter, interview with Senior PDM, interview with 2 PDMs, occurred within a 3-week span. Very conversational and a good blend of looking for fit and experience. Everyone involved delve deeper into your experience and background based off of your responses, so none of it seemed robotic. It was actually a nice experience.
