      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2024

      Interview

It was easy, and the interviewers were nice. A recruiter contacted me to apply for this position, and afterward, I was scheduled for a first-round interview. I first interviewed at a conference and I guess I performed well.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2024

      Interview

The interview process was very smooth and they were very efficient with it. It started out with an initial Hirevue which asked your basic behavioral questions. Then afterwards, I had an interview with the hiring manager which also had more behavioral questions but more focused on how you deal with team environments. Then there was a final interview which also felt pretty easygoing and getting to know your background and why you would want to be a part of Schneider

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Apr 2013

      Interview

Interviewed on campus then asked to attend an onsite interview in Chicago. Business dinner the first night with applicants asked to attend happy hour at the hotel bar afterwards. Interviews were the next day with four rounds done in a large room with others interviews going on around you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basic behavioral questions. None were difficult. Was surprised they wanted to know where I stood in the hiring process with other companies. Since learn you should not list details when answering this question. This question tells them if their competitors are hiring.
