Very informal. They just ask you about yourself and your experiences. Be prepared to tell a story about your past accomplishments and failures. Interview varies by location but expect to be interviewed by the director, a plant manager, an office manager, production associates, etc. All in all if they think you'll be a good fit they are quick to let you know.
