Scratch Services interview questions

Horrible Experience. I applied online and received a follow up e-mail to schedule an interview. They advertised the job as being remote when it was not. Had to find out after a week of waiting for the interview. The interviewer stated that it is a hybrid position (I live in a different state) and that they were using an outdated job advertisement. She then went on to say that several applicants have also experienced this. My resume shows that I live in a different state and had the interviewer actually look at my resume, she could have saved us both some time and clarified via e-mail the role is hybrid. They still have not adjusted the job ad on LinkedIn and their website, which says a lot about the company itself. They do not care about wasting people's time. After reading reviews on here and having that experience, I definitely dodged a bullet.

Quick video conference with the CEO. Discussed background and then was asked a 2-3 questions for about ten minutes and then he turned it over to any questions I may have. CEO didn't seem comfortable talking about leadership styles and the best way to lead and manage at Scratch - "This sounds like big company politics, you just need to add value."
