Interview
The interview is a simple process where you will be asked about your research and then to go through your CV with them. It is important that you talk about the relative experience, for Screwfix specifically, it is best to bring up any click and collect experience as you will be using RDT guns and picking orders.
Was very friendly, relatively typical interview questions, very informative about the next steps and they give you a chance to look around the warehouse and see if the job would fit you

Interview
Very scenario based questions. If you have experience then reflect on times where you had difficulty and how you dealt with those issue(s). If you haven't had experience then maybe speak about school or college.
Consisted of initial application with CV followed by one in-person interview where the interviewers asked general questions such as 'Could you name a time where you overcame a challenge?'. Overall, interview was fairly relaxed and I feel the verdict was based more on whether I would be a good fit with the team than my experiences.
