ScriptPro Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was interviewed by the hiring manager directly first, and passed along to a second round. I completed a second round interview with a panel consisting of the entire account management team. I was then sent a rejection email with no feedback and the message they were "going in a different direction" and thanking me for my time.
