I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Group Interview with three parts. Had to build a simple lego set as a group, pick from a selection of stuffed animals (penguins, manatees, seaworld/sesame street characters) and present to the group why that toy represents you. Got given a role play with a customer problem/complaint and then as a group decide what should be done to deal with it. Just remember the people in your group's names, be friendly and helpful and make sure to speak up so the HR people watching notice that you can work in a team.
After that there are one on one interviews back at the main HR building. You just review your online application, availability etc. and answer a few simple questions related to the position you applied for (e.g Describe one time you helped a customer). Takes about 5-10 minutes. Everyone who is hired is offered a job the same day in that one on one interview so if they tell you they'll let you know or call you back that's a no. Sorry about that, it's a bit cruel.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (Orlando, FL) in May 2015

Interview
Typical interview questions after submitting the application in the office. If you are hired, your recruiter or interviewer will hand you a packet containing information on how to proceed with your next steps for the background and drug testing. You usually have to complete two days of orientation even if you are a rehire which mainly consists of workplace safety, some training, and signing forms etc. The orientation days are usually boring, but the actual work is interesting because of the guests and the coworkers I worked with.
