      Training Embedment Manager Interview

      Mar 13, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Tucson, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sears (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2016

      Interview

The interviews for one call center location are managed by a recruiter from another site. I think this is done to remove bias but it makes communication quite difficult. Especially when the recruiter is in another timezone. We had to reschedule interviews numerous times because no calendar invites were sent and I would be waiting for a call at the wrong time. After pre-screening, it is all handled at the local level. Depending on which members of the Leadership team are conducting the interview determines the level of difficulty. in this case, it was my current boss and the person who previously had the position in question, so it was a good interview.
