Technical aptitude, followed by program writing round, followed by technical interview and finally HR round. It is a little bit lengthy process , but trust me it is worth spending 6 or 7 days. At least you would get a good experience about the various types of questions asked and the difficulty level. It would help you to learn more technical stuff and understand things logically
