I had a disappointing experience with SecurView during their hiring process. After going through four rounds of interviews—each requiring preparation and time totaling nearly six hours—I was ultimately not shortlisted, with no clear feedback or closure.
While I understand that not every candidate can be selected, I believe it's important for companies to value candidates' time and effort. A transparent and respectful communication process should be standard practice, especially after multiple interview rounds.
Unfortunately, this experience was a waste of time and left a poor impression of the company's hiring professionalism. I hope SecurView re-evaluates how it manages candidate interactions moving forward.
