After applying through my university's website, it took about three days to secure an interview. I was asked to prepare my projects to showcase to the interviewer, who happened to be the managing director of the company. The interview was straightforward — the focus was on evaluating whether I understood my own code, the projects I had worked on, and my awareness of the company's operations. By the end of the interview, I was offered the position on the spot. Receiving the offer letter took longer than promised, as the managing director was slow to respond to emails, even after multiple follow-ups.
