Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Seedrs (London, England (UK)) in July 2018.
Interview
I got a phone call out of the blue, I was not even asked if it was a good time to speak. This was not scheduled in my diary or organised. Then the interviewer got cross when I was unprepared for the interview. Seriously terrible practice absolutely shocking. Well glad this happened and I do not need to join a badly run company

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Seedrs in February 2018.
Interview
Had a telephone interview, which was pretty straight forward and relaxed. Get asked what you know about the company and the role, and what led you to applying for the role. Overall the experience was good, the questions were not too difficult. However, I was told that I would be notified within a week if I had got the job or not. I did not hear back from them until 3 months later, by that time I had already moved on. I think that it is just nice to get back to candidates, whether you got the job or not. If you say a week, I would expect maximum to take about two weeks to respond if there are lots of interviews and applications to go through, but not 3 months unless you state 3 months as that is just ridiculous.

Interview
I applied online and received an invite to interview either on the same day or the next. The interview was with one person and was fairly quick with easy straightforward questions (your background, relevant skills and experience, why you want to work for Seedrs etc). Their offices are lovely. However, my complaint is that I never heard back from them (I did chase and they said they would reply shortly). I think businesses should ALWAYS let you know if you haven't been successful after bothering to interview you - it's basic manners.

Interview
Interactive and informative interview process which consisted of:
An introductory phone call to run over CV and previous experience
Presentation Interview to showcase two businesses that may be suitable for equity crowdfunding. This was an open and constructive session to understand what the business looks for in new businesses
Final "meet the wider team" interview to gauge a suitable cultural fit
