I was first interviewed over the phone, some basic stuff about my background in sales. I was later called to meet in person. Office manager plus a couple of sales managers interviewed me asking me more details about what makes me a good sales guy and my background in life insurance. Finally they called me to interview with the Sales Director, conversation was mainly about insurance experience and companies I've worked with. Very easy and simple, very friendly. I also did some shadowing with some of the agents to see how the process works.
