Interview

They were quick to call me when I applied for a phone interview and to schedule the in person interview, relaxed interview not intimidating, got offered the job that day.

2-3 interviews. More demanding and selective than should be for this level of pay. The interviewers act like this is some sort of dream job that is selective. It is far from that.

Multiple phone interviews and video interview, long on-boarding and multiple required tasks to complete before even being hired and on payroll. Far too in-depth for a job with such a low salary and low level of quality and position type.
