Interview
The process starts with a call with HR. I then did interviews separately with two people. After that round the final round was another set of interviews with two people.

Question 1
Questions were behavioral example is “Tell me about about a time you were really proud of your work?”
HR, back-to-back interviews second round, then back-to-back interviews in person. Straight forward with no other questions other than STAR questions. They will not negotiate salary and they are a staffing company for new college grads.

Interview
Straight forward behavioral health interview questions. Very average questions with unique follow up questions to each individual. There were 2 rounds of interview with one being in person and two virtual. the offer took several weeks to come after the final interview.

Talk about a project you are most passionate or proud of
3 interviews. Mostly behavioral. One case that was very simple and tech based. Not quantitative at all. Just had to be able to give strategy following any case format you have studied in the past. Shouldn’t trip people up.
