Had a relatively good interview process (through a recruiter). The process did not include useless coding tests and instead had good in-depth discussions with their developers. There was not a lot of time to ask questions from my side and the focus was mainly on assessing my skills. However, once they shared an offer with a disappointing pension plan, they did not allow reasonable time to think about it and retracted the offer after 4 working days. They did this with a message that did not indicate any respect towards the effort put into the hiring process in the weeks before. This does not make me feel bad in any way to miss out on the opportunity to work here.
